to provide occupational health and safety for our employees, customers and other stakeholders;
to organize the necessary training and awareness raising activities for the adoption and implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System by the employees and the companies we provide services with;
to support requests, opinions and creative solutions related to Occupational Health and Safety;
to prevent or minimize occupational health and safety hazards and risks at their source with a systematic approach in all activities, to monitor technological developments for this purpose and to manage resources within this framework;
in order to prevent occupational accidents, occupational diseases, injuries and health deteriorations, to plan continuous improvement activities of OHS Management and OHS performance and to monitor the practices and performance within the framework of the planned targets;
to fulfil the obligations related to employee health and safety in accordance with, and to ensure full compliance with, national legislation and international standards.
Hpc Industrial believes that the implementation and continuous development of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System will be ensured through consultation and participation of employees’ representatives and employees, and communicates its OHS Policy to its employees, and believes and undertakes that this objective can be achieved with the training of its employees.
